Meet Vida.

Vida brings 15 years of consulting experience serving clients across Technology, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications, and Private Equity. Her expertise spans large-scale transformations, operating model optimization, product strategy and implementation, and the full M&A lifecycle, with a focus on value creation and sustainable business outcomes.

Vida has led a range of high-impact engagements, including an HR transformation for a global media company that consolidated HR, payroll, and workforce management onto a single platform across more than 50 countries, generating $200 million in savings. She has also led product strategy for a suite of agentic AI solutions at a global media company, developed M&A integration strategies and Day 0 delivery playbooks, and designed portfolio prioritization processes to accelerate value realization.

Vida holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Middle Eastern Studies from Rutgers University, where she was a member of the Division I Women’s Rowing Team.
