Meet Rebecca.

Rebecca brings 20 years of experience across high-growth organizations, working through start-ups, acquisitions, and post-merger integrations. Her roles have spanned organizations of varying size and stage—from bootstrapped early-stage start-ups to PE-backed portfolio companies through public Fortune 500 organizations.  

Rebecca is an action-oriented and collaborative executive committed to building scalable people functions, with a focus on creating employee programs and strategic growth plans that enhance company culture, manage risk, and exceed business goals. 

Before Tristellium, Rebecca held roles in several professional services firms as well as spent time in the SaaS and higher education industries. Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in English and psychology from Middlebury College in Vermont and a master’s degree in administration, leadership, and technology from New York University.
