Meet Michael.

Michael brings over 20 years of consulting experience in the telecom and media industry. He advises C-suite leaders on full-lifecycle product strategy and deployments, as well as on the pre- and post-merger work that shapes them. He has a deep, technical understanding of cable and telecom delivery networks and their converged architecture, which informs better decisions in the boardroom. 

Michael’s engagements include leading programs of more than $500 million and pre- and post-merger work on transactions north of $75 billion. More recently, Michael has led projects applying artificial intelligence and machine learning to help operators reduce OPEX, including call volume and technician dispatch, through network operational intelligence. 

Michael holds a master’s degree in computer science from CY Tech in France.
