Alex brings over 18 years of consulting experience, 14 of which have been focused on the cable and telecommunications industries. She manages complex programs across op model and technology transformation, customer experience, GTM, network operations, cable infrastructure transformation, data privacy and information management, and data analytics.
Alex’s engagements include an op model rebuild resulting in $250m opex savings, a cross-company data enablement and privacy integration, an end-to-end customer experience and GTM playbook for a major MSO, a data privacy compliance program (CPRA/VCDPA), a video spectrum optimization platform that compressed RF lineup work from weeks to seconds, a national fiber operations management system for a next-gen access network, and a B2B platform migration for a major telecom provider.
Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania.
