Co-founder and Managing Partner of Tristellium, has over 25 years of experience in the media and cable space. He has been involved in the inception of many major initiatives for Tier 1 Networks and Service Providers including digital cable TV, broadcast video networks, SVOD and AVOD streaming platforms, live streaming, advance advertising, large scale cloud transformation and AI programs. Mark holds a Masters of Engineering from the University of Manchester in the UK.

Mark Peters

Co-founder and Managing Partner of Tristellium, advises senior media and telecommunications executives on transformative growth. Formerly Global Industry Group Lead for Accenture’s CMT Strategy practice and co-founder of IBB Consulting, he has driven large-scale transformations leveraging AI, cloud, and 5G. A serial entrepreneur and recognized thought leader, Imran has supported over $200B in M&A. Imran holds BS, MS, and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Columbia University and is the inventor on 15 patents.

Imran Shah

Co-founder and Senior Partner at Tristellium, has over 25 years of experiences leading strategy consulting engagements for the cable and media industries. David is a highly seasoned subject matter advisor with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects and managing complex engagements. He partners with C-suite executives to drive enterprise-wide initiatives across broadband, video, media, and AI transformation. 

David Helfrick

Partner at Tristellium, is a Telecom and Media industry expert and has over 20 years of consulting experience. As an adviser to the C-suite, Michael’s  expertise includes leading large programs ($500M+), performing full life cycle Product Strategy/Deployments and pre/post M&A work on large transactions (e.g. $75B).

Michael Rogombe-Williams

Partner at Tristellium, is a seasoned leader in the communications and media industry, where he helps global operators transform technology capabilities and drive operational excellence.  With more than 20 years of industry experience, he's focused on strategy led engagements, helping clients conceive and scale their most critical initiatives. 

Tony Nappi

Media Fellow at Tristellium, brings 20+ years of media and entertainment experience spanning content creation through distribution. He’s led launches of networks and news organizations, built and modernized production facilities, and delivered systems development and integration initiatives across the production and distribution supply chain. Before Tristellium, Charles held leadership roles across technology, operations, and production at Vice Media.

Charles Travis

SVP, Human Resources & Operations at Tristellium, brings 20 years of experience across a variety of high-growth organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, private equity backed portfolio firms, and founder-led corporations. She has experience with start-ups, acquisitions and post-merger integrations. Rebecca has spent most of her career in the professional services industry creating scalable employee programs and strategic growth plans while enhancing company culture. 

Rebecca Feinberg

Principal at Tristellium, with an amazing portfolio of projects under her belt spanning 15 years at some of the industry's hottest brands, Sophia partners with clients to drive strategic and transformative initiatives from inception to delivery. Before Tristellium, Sophia joined Coursera pre-IPO to help grow content revenues.

Sophia Sabharwal

Principal at Tristellium, Renan helps media organizations modernize, scale, and grow, without breaking what’s on air. He leads digital, broadcast, cloud transformations, partnering with executives to turn legacy environments into scalable, cost-efficient platforms. From new product launches through large-scale transformations that deliver real business outcomes (not just slideware), Renan thrives at running high-stakes programs with zero tolerance for service disruption.

Renan Marques

Principal at Tristellium, Brian has two decades of experience working as an engineering lead and strategic consultant within media and entertainment - specializing in broadcast engineering, media operations and media supply chain transformation. He has deep experience working across the media lifecycle - from managing fast-paced newsroom and broadcast operations to designing large-scale video distribution workflows for broadcast, digital and theaters.

Brian Glover

Principal at Tristellium, has over 17 years of consulting experience 12 of which have been focused in the cable and telecommunications industries and has experience managing complex programs in the areas of technology transformation, customer experience and GTM, network operations, cable infrastructure transformation, data privacy and information management and data analytics. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Alexandra Rau

Principal at Tristellium, Dave advises cable and telecommunications leaders on growth strategy, network expansion, and enterprise transformation. With over a decade of experience, he has led cross‑functional programs to shape long‑range expansion plans, drive market assessment efforts, modernize technology organizations, and define AI investment priorities for executive teams. An Army Veteran, Dave holds a BBA in Finance from Queens University of Charlotte.

Dave Doody

Principal at Tristellium, An expert in M&A integration and telecom transformation, Eduardo brings over 15 years of experience driving strategic programs for leading operators. His work spans AI strategy, operational optimization, and supply chain reinvention, helping clients achieve multimillion-dollar outcomes. Eduardo excels at solving complex challenges and delivering business-critical outcomes for executive teams.

Eduardo Suarez

Principal at Tristellium, Rob has more than fifteen years of experience leading strategic initiatives in large organizations, including technology modernizations, M&A, and organizational transformations. His work includes successful AI implementations, new technical product launches, and major public-facing rollouts. Rob is a trusted executive advisor with a track record of solving complex problems and driving strategic outcomes.

Robert Starkey
